Today is my mom’s 48th birthday! Although when I mailed her birthday card I almost slipped and wrote 38th birthday. She looks so young though you might think she’s only turning 38. Have the best day mom!!!
Scrabble with Friends

During this crazy music week here in Austin (SXSW-I’ll write a bit more about that later) it was nice to have a relaxing evening in playing scrabble and eating ice cream. Luckily my friend loves mint chocolate as much as I do so this choice came very easily. I lost big time, but really 3 I’s and 2 L’s what was I supposed to do with that? Plus honestly I’m not that great at scrabble.

So this is the actual outfit I was wearing yesterday. You like that pile of clothes in the background? Haha! I really do need a tripod at this point or I’ll have to start adding a camera to my accessories list.
