Today is Walker’s 28th birthday! Woo! Happy birthday sweetie! Here are a few silly and cute pictures from birthdays past. {Gosh how I miss that Texas tan}
Last week I mentioned I was home in Michigan. After a few days of camping Walker headed off to the airport while I stuck around for a little while longer. On our drive back to my mom’s from camping we stopped to tour an iris farm. Through all the years of camping I don’t think I’ve ever seen it so it was fun to do something new! Also the flowers were quite beautiful.
Can you see those honey bees doing their thing? ^

It’s become my mom’s tradition to write our the camping details in the sand. ^
Enjoying the view of Lake Michigan. ^
Good times had all around. The last 4 photos were taken on Walker’s last day. We took a trail from the campsite that lead to the lake and we had the beach nearly to ourselves. My mom wrote on the sand, Emil wandered around, I pointed out all the beetles on the beach and Walker took their pictures. I think Walker enjoyed this outing the most because we didn’t have to get in the car, it was an adventure, and well Lake Michigan sure is pretty.
Until next year…
