We have so herbs growing in our mini garden out front and this year they finally seam to be flourishing so we have enough to actually pick some and not diminish all that is there. This is a good thing since I love using mint. I decided to use some of the mint to make a cocktail and drink out on the front porch since the weather was the best it’s been for a few days. I looked around to what I had around the house to contribute to the cocktail and luckily I had some citrus fruit and this bottle of gin that’s been hanging around to quite some time. I froze some mint leaves in ice cubes earlier just for fun. I mixed everything together and it was quite good although quite tart, I probably should have added some simple syrup. Cheers!

My New Favorite Accessory

A few weeks ago I made myself a tiny gold Michigan charm and hung it on the daintiest gold chain. I love the simplicity and the elegance of it. It goes with pretty much everything I wear and since making it I have maybe had it off a total of 2 times. Pretty much all of the jewelry I make is silver but I have this tiny MI charm and the tiny TX charm available in 14K gold in my shop. If there is something else I make that you would like it gold just send me an email me at OhSoAntsy@gmail.com and I can give you a quote.
