Question: What length chains do you have available?

Answer: Every necklace ordered comes with an 18″ chain but you have the option of choosing a 16″ or a 20″ chain instead. The 18″ chain is the most universal I think and will work very well for most people. If you are purchasing a necklace for a child or a very petite person a 16″ chain might work better. This is also a good option for people wanting the pendant to fall right on their collarbone. The 20″ chain is a good for those who are wanting a little bit more length or for those that are wanting to layer it with some shorter chains.

Here is a photo to better demonstrate the chain lengths.

I hope you found this helpful! If you have any more questions about my jewelry please ask in the comments below and maybe I’ll do a follow up post!

Question: Can you make (fill in the blank) country necklace?

Answer: Most likely I can! I get a lot of requests for custom country necklaces and I can pretty much make any shape, I can’t always promise that I’ll be able to fit a heart or that it will hang just right. Some countries can be very skinny and are weighted so that they have to be hung a little differently than they would appear on a map.

I am always happy to take on custom requests but if it’s a country I have not made before you’ll have to trust me. If you like my work you will like you’re custom piece. I do just about everything I can to make each piece as accurate as possible and to your specifications. If you have a country or shape you have in mind just send me a message! I would love to hear from you.

All countries below can be purchased through the custom country listing.

Bermuda

Iceland

Question: I will be giving this as a gift, would you please gift wrap it?

Answer: I don’t typically do additional gift wrapping but the way I currently package the necklaces makes them perfect for gift giving!

I tuck each one into a tiny cotton filled kraft paper box stamped with my shop name. I then tie on a piece of twine and then tuck in my business care and care instructions. Take a look. What do you think, is it ready to be gifted?

I have a couple more questions that I will be answering next week so be sure to come back for that! Also you have 3 more days to use the discount code: FALLFREE for free shipping through the 30th!
