3rd shop anniversary

It’s kind of crazy that I have been running my shop for 3 years now! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for joining me on this journey. It’s been so fun to meet you and learn more about your story. I don’t typically pass up opportunities to talk about myself but more than that I love to hear people’s stories. I love to hear where you are from and watch the look on your face as you talk about your home towns or places you have lived or a special vacation. I love reading about through an etsy conversation or email about a significant life event happened in your life that you want to remember. I find that a conversation about where we are from or have lived is so easy and entertaining among strangers or even friends. It’s one of the reasons I love what I do so much!

I’ve got a few things planned with friends but I think tomorrow I’m going to take the day and just have fun! I’m going to paint my nails and do my hair and who knows what else.

Here’s how I celebrated year 1 and year 2. I’ll be back after the weekend to share what I do this year.

3 things to celebrate

I’ve got a lot to celebrate this month and I want to share my excitement with you! Want to know why I’m celebrating?! (Keep scrolling for the giveaway below)

I turned 30!
-On January 1st I celebrated my 30th birthday.

My shop is turning 3!
-On January 31st my shop celebrates it’s 3rd year in business.

I have a new look!
-After nearly 3 years in business I finally have a professional logo and blog design (thanks to the lovely Jenny)

I’ve been waiting until I could celebrate all 3 together to do a really fun giveaway and make it super special! I’d love it if you would join in the fun! The cutest little nephew

I’ve been in Michigan for almost a week now hanging out with my new baby nephew Lincoln, my mom, my sister and her husband. I flew in last Tuesday and met him for the first time and I was so surprised at how tiny he his. I knew he was less than 2 weeks old but you forget how itty bitty a newborn can really be. Here are a few of my favorite from the last few days.

I’m not sure I believed my mom when she said all you really want to do is sit around and look at him but I get it now. We’ve been on a few outings but it’s really nice just hanging around the house and watching this little guy grow. He’s the sweetest and I love him.
